Shipping:

1. The tracking status is "Label created, not yet in system", is the tracking number incorrect?

In this case, your package is indeed in transit.

Due to COVID-19 there is a temporary delay, the status may not be updated in time. Please be patient with us at this time until the shipping company is able to update its status.

Our team will appreciate your support and understanding in this special moment.

2. The tracking info shows "Status Not Available", is the tracking number incorrect?

Sometimes there are some delays in the logistics company update. But it is indeed on the way to transportation.Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to activate.

3. How long will it take to get my order?

Please allow us 1-3 business days to process your order. We will send you a tracking email once we shipped it out.

For US customer, It usually takes 7-15 business days in transit by standard shipping. 

Due to Coronavirus there is a temporary delay, the logistics company may not be able to update the status in a timely manner. In this case, please don't worry, your package is indeed in transit.

Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 10-20 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We work with lots of Amazon sellers directly.

Also, we currently have our own warehouses in US,HK and China.

1. How do I return or exchange an item?

Please submit a ticket on our support center, we will do our best to accommodate. We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.

Kindly double check that the items you wish to return do not fall under this list, these items cannot be returned unless approved by customer service in advance.

2. I got my order, but an item is missing/defective/not what I ordered. What do I do?

Once you receive your order, thoroughly check your delivered items immediately. If you believe an item is missing/defective/not part of your order, you must contact our customer care department within two days of receipt and let us know. Contact us here.

3. How long does it take to process returns?

Once we receive the returned items, it will take up to 3 days for us to process the refund.

The refund should reflect your account depending on the method of payment.

If you would like us to refund the amount to your Kimiclub wallet that will take 24 hours.

If you would like us to refund the amount to your credit/debit card, that depends on your financial institution which ranges from 1-7 business days.

If you would like us to refund the amount to your Paypal account that will take up to 48 hours.
